The Victorinox Swibo 16cm Curved Narrow Boning Knife is a precision tool designed for fine trimming, boning, and filleting of meat and fish.
Made in Switzerland, the Swibo range features a high-quality tempered, stamped stainless steel blade with a hardness rating of 55–58 Rockwell, offering excellent edge retention while remaining easy to sharpen. The curved, narrow and semi-flexible blade provides exceptional control when working close to bones, joints and delicate cuts, making it ideal for detailed processing and fine work.
The signature bright yellow handle is made from non-porous Swiss polyamide and is injection moulded directly onto the blade, permanently sealing the join between blade and handle. This eliminates gaps where dirt or bacteria could form, ensuring maximum hygiene and long-term durability.
