Please note: Free shipping on orders over $99 (Excluding Bulky Items)

 

Bulky Items such as Fishing Rods for example may incur the Bulky Item Charge of $35

 

IF....    "IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY"  is the only option at checkout then unfortunately one or more of your items is unable to be shipped. 

 

Shipping Time Frame

All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. Email confirmation will be sent upon dispatch.

While we strive to have all orders shipped on time, unforeseen fulfillment issues can sometimes arise. In rare cases like these we’ll contact you via email to advise.

 

Delivery Details

Packaging: Products are shipped inside protective packaging that will ensure safe shipping.

Postal service / couriers will be chosen at Whitey’s Tackle’s discretion. 

Items over 1m can't be delivered to a PO Box. All other orders can be delivered to a residential address, business address or PO Box.

All orders are sent with tracking where possible. Whitey’s Tackle is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.

Please report any damaged parcels and retail packaging to Whitey’s Tackle immediately upon receipt.

In the very rare case that an order incurs a higher postage rate than displayed, Whitey’s Tackle reserves the right to request an additional postage charge and you will have the option to either cancel the order or continue with the order and incur the additional postage charge.
