The Saltatrix Premium Mulie surf gang rig is the ultimate everyday beach and rock rig, like its big brother the Saltatrix big bait gang surf rig it is constructed with heavy duty components. This rig can not only perfectly present a mulie but a small fillet fillet bait or squid too.As an added benefit to this rig the design is constructed in a way where the bait and sinker to be clipped together for added casting distance.

What could I catch using the Saltatrix premium mulie gang rig?
This paternoster style rig is suited to surf casting and rock fishing, with ultra sharp Sabre gangs, are perfect for presenting a mulie or small fillet bait, the swivel connections between the hooks make baiting up a breeze! additionally if you want your bait to hold on the hook a little longer use Vexed "Pilly Thread" this will also keep hook points nice and proud allowing for the best hookup rate possible. In terms of leads we recommend using a star or surf wire sinker for ultimate aerodynamics and holding power in turbulent waters.
The premium mulie gang rig is our go too allrounder rig, we usually fish this when targeting species such as Tailor, Salmon and Flathead, but is up to the task if a larger fish is hooked!
