The knife’s signature bright yellow handle is made from non-porous Swiss polyamide and is injection moulded directly onto the blade, permanently sealing the join between blade and handle. This eliminates gaps where dirt or bacteria could build up, ensuring outstanding hygiene and long-term durability.
